Vediamo nelle diapositive che seguono come la Juve interpreti il proprio sistema di uscite orientandolo in modo da evitare l’uscita manovrata del pallone dalla linea difensiva friulana.

Inoltre costringe Lichtsteiner (ed Estigarribia dal lato opposto) a troppe iniziative in uno contro uno. Per quanto bravo in fase propositiva lo svizzero rimane un terzino che da il meglio di sè lanciato negli spazi e in combinazione/sovrapposizione coi compagni piuttosto che in duelli individuali contro un avversario.

La necessità di appoggiarsi maggiormente sulle punte era stata anche evidenziata nell’analisi della partita contro il Napoli in cui si era sottolineato il gran numero di ricezioni di Vucinic e di come, da tali ricezioni e dalla capacità del montenegrino di gestirle, creando superiorità numerica con un dribbling o premiando gli inserimenti delle mezzali con assist con tempi e qualità perfetti, fossero originate tutte le fortune offensive del 3-5-2. Ma contro l’Udinese Vucinic non c’era e, a mio parere, è stato un duro colpo alle chance offensive del modulo di Conte. Nel video seguente vediamo gli imbarazzi di Matri nel gestire palloni che nei piedi del montenegrino, nella partita contro il Napoli, si erano trasformati in occasioni da gol.

Ha ragione mister Antonio Conte quando parla di realtà e non di sorpresa riferendosi all’Udinese. I punti dei friulani sono tutti meritatissimi ed è evidente che in questa prima parte della stagione la squadra sia la terza forza del campionato dietro a Juve e Milan. In casa poi l’Udinese aveva vinto prima della partita contro la Juve tutte le partite e subito solo 2 dei 9 gol che fanno di quelle friulana la migliore difesa del campionato. Quindi era assolutamente impensabile pensare di vincere facile a Udine e un punto non è affatto da disprezzare. Anzi. E ragionando con razionalità sul match quello che viene fuori è che la Juventus non ha mai concesso all’Udinese di rendersi pericolosa e ha annullato tutte le tendenze offensive dei friulani, impotenti in fase offensiva. Dall’altro lato del campo la Juventus, specie nel primo tempo, ma anche nel secondo, crea situazioni pericolose e/o potenzialmente tali, ma non trova il gol del vantaggio che pure poteva arrivare. La prestazione offensiva non è stata certamente brillantissima, ma tutto sommata discreta e ha generato buone occasioni da rete. Il 3-5-2, oltretutto meno consolidato del 4-3-3, paga chiaramente qualcosa in fase offensiva anche se non va dimenticata, nei ragionamenti da fare, la qualità della fase difensiva dei friulani confermata dai dati statistici sulla loro difesa.

Marchisio and Estigarribia neatly combined on the left-hand side, with the ‘Little Prince’ sending a low strike narrowly wide of the post.
Two minutes later, the ball fell to Pepe in a central position and the winger tried his luck with a fierce effort from outside the area that flew straight into the arms of Handanovic.

It was then Asamoah’s turn to go for goal, as the Ghanaian midfielder worked himself into space before sending in a left-footed shot that Buffon proved equal to.
Midway through the second period, Conte chose to make the first change of the game – introducing Quagliarella at the expense of Matri. And last week’s match-winner almost had an instant impact, hitting a strong effort which skewed wide of the near post.
As both sides entered the last ten minutes, Quagliarella saw another chance come his way – latching onto Marchisio’s pass and drawing a save from Handanovic with a low strike.
The late arrival of Del Piero nearly paid instant dividends. The captain received a pass in the area, held the ball and then picked out an unmarked Lichtsteiner at the back post.
However, the full-back’s first touch was a little heavy and he failed to test the goalkeeper with a rasping effort that cleared the bar.
Following three minutes of added time, Tagliavento elected to bring an end to a feisty battle between the two front-runners. The result is the Bianconeri’s third successive away draw and ensures that they will end 2011 on a high – level on points with Milan at the summit of Serie A.

Presentation of the modules
Antonio Conte does not give up 4-3-3, but launches major changes from basic team to replace the disqualified Bonucci and Vidal and by starting on the bench Alessandro Matri. Tactical developments of the match

Juventus punished surgically the choices of Tesser. One of the first problems of the Tesser project is to cover the entire width of the midfield with only three men, with two mezzali forced out very wide on the Juventus fullbacks. For all the second half Novara maintains this new module confirming the improvements in the phase of ball possession shown in the final phase of the first half, but keeping intact the problems were highlighted during the non-ball possession and with the chance for Juventus to maneuver in more extensive space.
